Botsonic NOT reading trained data

The bot is not using the trained date to give answers. I deleted all links and still is not using data from the 1 link i left. Source link take me to the page where the information is coming from and the wrong answer is not on the source page either. Also, I deleted all links but the characters never went back to the original amount of non used characters. When is this going to be fix. If this continues means that the system is not reliable. Is there a fix?

I have wasted months writing careful prompts my Bot ignores. It only changes behavior when I use one of the ten Guidelines, and they allow only 300 characters. This has lead to countless days of absolutely frustrating training that still does not seem to lead to behavior change.
